Vegetarian Mexican Pizza


  • 1 baked cheese pizza crust
  • 1 cup salsa, drained
  • ¼ lb canned green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese


Vegetarian Mexican Pizza

Cooking Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 460°F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread salsa over top and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake ten to eleven minutes, until cheese, is melted and crust is golden.
